Dismantle machines down to the base and then let them shine again to become a new machine. As an assembler in our gear cutting machine assembly department, we offer a wide range of tasks. This ranges from disassembly and inventory to reassembly of machine parts and installation of hydraulics and electrics.

When we talk about M-commands, G-commands, building blocks, numbers, formulas, ones and zeros, you already know: this is not just about mathematics, but about programs. This is the best prerequisite for a developer of technology software. At SerWeMa, all machines get a new control system and new software. The simple operation of the gear cutting machines is an important basis for the retrofit of our machines. Technologies have to be developed, modules have to be optimized and calculations have to be adapted. With their affinity for programming, they have the opportunity to further optimize our quality machines. They also become the contact person for software training and troubleshooting.
What do you bring to the table:
- completed studies in the technical field
- Experience for NC programming (ideally Siemens 840D SL)
- Knowledge for creation of user interfaces and JavaScript
- good imagination for the processes of gear cutting and grinding machines
- Creativity
